Mild, vorwiegend hefig-herb. 12/8/9/8//8

Hazy tan-yellow. Thick head. The aroma shows a lot of rusticity - yeast, etc. Soft body, low carbonation. Minerally body with hop dryness and a fair bit of yeastiness. Light malts. Slightly juicy acidity in the finish with more farmhouse.

(100cl swing top bottle) Massive gushing effect when opening the bottle, at least 25cl were gone immediately. Cloudy, golden to orange colour with a fluffy foamy white head. Shy aroma: Slightly dusty, sweet malty with a little wheat-impression, also grainy and slightly fruity (peach, citrus). Light-sweet flavour, quite light bodied with a slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Malt-accented, yeasty taste with an underlying fruitiness. Rather slim and short malty and yeasty-fruity finish with a light bitterness. A very rare brew that tastes not that special.

Ein Liter Bügelverschlußflasche: Cloudy, pale golden, clumps of yeast visible; mid-sized firm off-white head; fruity (peaches), grainy and also a bit bitter nose; faint sweetish flavour, rather light bodied for a beer of 5.0% ABV; sweetish-grainy finish with the faintest acidity detectable. Reminds You a bit of a Federweißer.........
