Draught at the brewpub Clear chestnut beer with a thick creamy, cream-coloured head, lacey. Bread, chestnut, toast, vanilla, sweet & coloured malts. Sweet, sweet malts & bread, again with vanilla and marzipan, if not that sweet. Finish goes towards neutral/bitterish. Light body, slick, ever so slightly sticky, not overly carbonated. Decent, without more. Absolutely no indication akin to other wild beers.

Draught Huge, dense white head over fully hazy orange-yellow beer with some 'Grünstich' and textbook lace. Very fresh herbal/grassy nose, fine hops and bready malts. Grains/malts and then fine hops, if getting ever so slightly metallic in the finish, which keeps hanging on. Medium bodied, slick well-carbonated. Excellent Helles, not one failure.

Van het vat in de brewpub. Donkerbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitterzoet met iets van chocolade en koffie. Is iets te waterig in de mond.

Cremiger Beginn mit leichter Bitterkeit, keine Karbonisierung, minimal metallern. Würziger, alkoholisch herber Mittelteil, die fehlende Karbonisierung macht das Ganze träge. Mittellanger, etwas alkoholischer Abgang. 10/8/8/8//8

Dunkler, mild röstiger Beginn. Erfrischend, wenig herb, die Röstnoten werden schwächer. Dunkel getreidiger Abgang - ziemlich Standard. 10/8/10/9//9
