Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear, still, golden cider. Too sulphury on the nose, overpowering the apples. The flavor too is quite sulphury, but at least there’s a nice apple flavor that lasts a while. A bit on the sweet side for my likings, but sure drinkable. Lacking on the refreshing qualities. Sure better than industrial Scandinavian ciders, but it’s too unclean. 110319

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear, golden cider with some white bubbles on top. Farmyard, apples and some lemon in the aroma. Dry and medium bodied, a bit flat. The flavor has apples and apple cores, some acidity. A bit short finish. A quite decent one, a cider I could drink some glasses of when thirsty. Nothing special though. 110319

(bottle, 100cl) Clear, pale golden colour without head. Sulphur-laden apple-fruity nose. Sourish flavour, light bodied, dry apple-fruity and slightly tannic mouthfeel with a sourish and slightly astringent finish. The sulphur is nasty but the rest is likeable. 28.X.10
