Bottled. Clear very pale yellow. Citric nose with a touch of yeast. Though tart and acidic syrup lures underneath. An unpleasant plastic vegetable flavour combines with tart citric apples. Quite sharp.

Bottled at Frankfurt Airport. Cloudy pale golden, quick fizzy head. Aroma of esters and plastric. Quite dry and a little yeasty with candy bananas and apple jam. Soem sweet fruitness is there, but interripted by distinct punches of citric acidity giving it a sweet and sour sensation. Seems to lack real character.

(Bottle 100 cl) Clear, pale golden with a bubbly head that vanishes in no time. Discreet, tart aroma. Medium body, quite dry - mostly reminds me of a dry white wine. Weak apple accents and a dry, lightly acidic finish. But quite fresh really. 250907

[At RBESG 2006] A light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is sweet apple-ish with a slight acidity. The flavor is sweet to start off, but towards the end it turns acidic, dry and bitter with a note of cardboard.
