Tap. Golden color with white head. Aroma of bready malt, citrus hops, tropical fruits, floral notes. Taste starts malty, followed by moserste hops with tropical fruits, oranges, tangerines, light zest. Could be more hoppy bitter.

Bottle at lanius. Very dark color almost black with a tan head. Flavor of toasted malts, orange peel, foreign hops. Thick creamy body smooth carbonation silky bitter finish, intense aromatic flavored. Very nice.

Tap at Zil. Med body, med-high carbo. High bitterness, low sweetness, quite dry. Medium roastiness, I like it. Med-high grassy, citrusy hoppiness has the upper hand. Nice balance. Tasty, very good.

"Dunkle Materie" als Namen für ein Schwarzes ist nicht neu; man denke nur an BrewAge.
Die Dark Matter aus der Slowakei ist ein pechschwarzes 🐈⬛ Boer, das soch als Black IPA sieht.
Als solches ist es wirklich gut gelungen. So hat es schöne grasig-hopfige Noten 🪴gepaart mit einer trockenen Röstigkeit 🔥, die man sonst nur aus dem Stout-Bereich kennt.
Das Abgang mag noch etwas holprig sein, aber aromentechnisch ist es ein ausgezeichnetes Bier.

On tap @ Kr4ft, BP. Pours deep pink with a thicc head. Nose is amazing raspberry, super fruity. In taste I got less fruits and it was quite sour. Closes with long lasting tart finish, has light body and average carbo. Good un, and I dont even like sours that much.
