Sourish aroma and taste of grapes, banana, yogurth notes, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, light to medium sour. Medium body, sour fruity spicy finish. Unorthodox, but good.

Tap at Salon piva. Moderate oxidation, moderate vegetal, freshly cut grass character, rather high bitterness with a sharp edge, a bit unpleasant. Feels even more muddy due to the kveik yeast. Overall a chaos of impressions.

500 ml can. Cloudy red brown with a fluffy head. Resin, zesty spicy hops, caramel, roasted malt, grapefruit zest, bitter herbs. Hoppy zesty bitterness, some malty caramel sweetness. Full to medium bodied, oily creamy texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty herbal bitter finish. Nice well made Red IPA!

500 ml can. Dark golden with a creamy head. Honey, mint, green tea, sage, lavender, lemon, honey melon. Dry sourness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry sour finish. Very nice, very complex, tasty!

500ml Can - Deep red in colour. Pine, grapefruit, caramel and chocolate in the aroma. Fruity, hoppy and relatively sweet taste with pine, caramel, berries and faint hints of citrus and chocolate.
