35cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Beitostolen. Pours clear pale yellow, no head. Aroma is lightly sweet applewine-like apple fruit. Taste is oily, slick with a light spritzy bounce. Delicate apple fruit with medium-sweet character, lasting fruit with a moderate alcohol tang. Very pleasant applewine.

0.33l bottle, quite a elegant looking one. In the glass it's not really anything more than a crystal clear golden cider colored one with a small quickly fading white bubbly head - much as a cider should. Smells nice and apply-sweet. Not cloying but pleasant sweet. A little bit of vanilla, salty well stored cheese and it also somehow reminds me of Indian food (!?). Really nice and different aroma on a cider. It has some big bubbles and even if it's a relatively hard cider it feels thin in the mouth. Green slightly dry and acidic apples with again, tones of salty Mancego cheese. Mild and round apply finish. Well hidden abv for sure. Liked it. 20.01.2016

Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, sorrel, apple peel, yeast, minerals, sour apples, grass, apple cores, hay, yellow apples. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel, high carbonation. Nice.

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, apple juice, sorrel, apple peel, hay, yeast, apple cores, minerals, grass, tiny hints of caramel. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry fruity, apple peel, sorrel, minerals, apple juice, hay, apple cores, yeast, alcohol, grapes, tiny hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Fair enough.

Bottle, 35cl. An almost colorless cider with some bubbles on top. Apples, canned pears and a spiced hint in the aroma. It’s medium bodied and decently carbonated, with some spiced notes in the flavor. Mostly apples and some soft pears though. Lasting finish with apples and some apple cores. Not much interesting going on here. 160102

Pours almost clear as water with a white head. Aroma has notes of red and green apples and sulphur. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long red apple and sulphur finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 2014, shared with BBGTC. Pours a clear, very light yellow, with a small bubbly head. Aroma is sweet apples, with some light whiffs of fruit peel and wood. Medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is dry yeast, apples and notes of fruit peel and wooden barrels. Refreshing.
