Bottle, 75cl. Clear, a bit pale, yellow-golden cider without any carbonation and head. Apples dominates the aroma, but there’s also some yeast and alcohol in it. The yeast isn’t as evident in the flavor, but the apples and alcohol is sure present. Medium mouthfeel. Quite nice, this one, and the 10% ABV is dangerously disguised. (070430)

Pale golden. Strong, fresh apple aroma with a hint of fermenting. Flavor is rather acid, sweet and fruity. Quite well-balanced and totally hiding the high alcohol. Dangerous.

Bottle, 10%. Pale yellow colour. Very small white head. Pear aroma. Good citric apple flavour, slightly sweet, but quite good. Alcohol aftertaste, reminding me of vodka/brændevin.

Bottled. It was a good deal of preasure in the bottle, the screw-cap hit the roof, and then Enjoyit. (Sprudlande means sparkling). Well, it didn’t volcano out of the bottle, but poured gently with a straw color, clear, sparkling, and with a minimal head, just some white bubbles. Apples, some yeast, hints of alcohol and a little bit of pear in the aroma. The flavor has apples, some yeast and alcohol. A bit thin body, and a finish with alcohol and yeast. Maybe a bit much yeast and alcohol in it, but it is quite nice. The price though, is horrible. Approx 25$ for a 75cl bottle, but that is mostly due to Norwegian taxes. (070331)

[At RBESG 2006] A hazy orange cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples, while the flavor is sweet apply combined with a slight acidity.

RBESG 2006 Grand Tasting. 750 ml bottle, ABV is 10%. Golden colour - no head, no carbonation. Aroma and flavour of fermenting sweet apples. Too sweet for me, but not offensive.

(Bottle 70 cl) Clear and golden with a small head. Fresh apple aroma. Medium-bodied with distinct - and vey sweet - apple aroma. The strong, warming alcohol really shines through in the finish. 290806
