Runder hopfiger Antrunk mit aromatischen, wenig rauchigem Malz. Süßlich würzig, die Hopfigkeit nimmt etwas ab. Intensiv malzig, zum Ende etwas trocken werdend wobei die Malzigkeit nicht abnimmt sondern auf hohem Level bleibt. Mittellanger, eher mild rauchiger Nachgeschmack. 11/12/11/12//12

Trübes dunkel orange braunes Bier mit einer ordentlichen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht rauchig, Schinken, Karamell, schokoladig. Geschmack sehr malzig, röstmalzig, bitter hopfig, rauchig, Schinken , ok!

Draft at Kasck, Berlin. Pours hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of toffee, burnt malt, smokey bacon, sweet malt and caramel. Flavour is over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

20cl draft @ Hopfenreich, Berlin. Brune foncée, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme offre un plein de malt grillé, léger fumé arrivant en rétro. Houblonné noble peut être du Motueka est en balance. Palais est malté, sec et poussiéreux avec un malté anglais à la Marris, pointe de réglisse? Houblonné citronné restant ici aussi assez noble et anglais. Le fumé reste discret mais ajoute une belle complexité qui se mélange bien aux houblons tirant quant à eux sur un léger agrume et tropical mais aussi sur une amertume plus noble.
