From tap at the Kleiner Sachsenhäuser Apfelweinwirtshaft in Frankfurt 03.08.21. Hasy pale straw colour. No head. Aroma and taste of red apples, wild apples and apple peel. Good drinkability. And cheap, at only 2 Euros for 3 dl.

17-03-18 // 300ml at their Apfelweinwirtschaft. Minimal unfiltered golden, no head. Medium dry body, dry green apples, mild sweetness, some mild to medium sourness. Solid.

Trockener, wenig aromatischer Antrunk mit wenig, dafür natürlichem Apfel. Spritzig, kaum steigende Intensität, süffig. Mittellanger Nachhall, unauffällig. 7/9/8/8//8

Sourish-fruity nose. The cider starts quite dry with hints of carbonation and an aroma of green apple skin. Very strange sour. Tastes like lots of unripe apples used. Sourish tart and unripe aftertaste. Fresh and full bodied, sourish-fruity and sour unripe in the aftertaste. Interesting!
