Bottle, 5.5%. Caramelly aroma. Almost clear deep and dark copper colour. The flavour is sweet and teaish with a metallic finish. Good mouthfeel. Tastes medicinal.

Bottle, very hard to open. Pours slightly hazy copper brown with airy but plentiful and stable beige head. Clear aroma of fruit, flowers and hops, with a touch of malt. Bitter flavour of hops, enhanced by spices, possibly ginger and cinnamon. Fruity and flowery notes. Touches of malt and caramel. Mildly sourish aftertaste. Quite refreshing for a Weihnachtsbier but OK.

Aroma has pear esthers, soapy tones and fruity peach. Flavour has floral tones, fruits, some caramel and toffee. Also some butter, spicy and herbal tones. Sticky but decent anyway.

Pours dark reddish orange with a small white head. Aroma of bready malts, some yeast, sweetness, syrup, dark fruits. Taste is sweet, yeasty and strangely stingy with some ripe fruits, soapy notes, hints of licorice, glue and rye. Finish is sticky, stuffy and malty with some notes of ripe fruits, soapy notes, glue and rye. A bit strange.

Aroma has grassy hops and some malty tones. Flavour has quite aggressive grassy hops, some herbal tones and grainy malt. Foamy and creamy palate. Quite nothing to do with blond or golden ale, more like imperial pils. Plato was quite interesting (17,6).

Taste is smooth, malty and mildly grainy with some spicy notes, caramel and earthy smoked notes. Finish is bready, malty and mildly earthy with some spiciness. Quite strange.
