Tasted blind. Bottled. A golden-amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of fishbones, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of malt, wood, and caramel, as well as light notes of brettanomyces leading to a tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle. Weak farty aroma, even a little citric. Cloudy amber colour. Small, bubbly, semi-stable white head. The flavour is better than the aroma. Starts off malty, caramelly, turns sweet and sugary. There is a citric hint, quite faint, and not quite enough to balance the sweetness.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Copper coloured, modest turbid, huge head. Start mild, modest hoppy, not really dry. An increasing sourishness comes up, also grasy-hoppy notes. Finish is prickly, modest dry, aftertaste almost a bit sweet. Very drinkable. Really good beer, but not worth 20 euro.
