Description
Our brewery, operational since July 2014, is located in Popoli just 500 meters from the sources of the Pescara.

It is structured with a 20 hl per batch plant and a cellar, whose maximum annual production capacity reaches 2000 hl.

Over the years we have focused on highly technological systems to maximize quality by inserting: the water treatment plant, the machine specifically dedicated to dry hopping, the isobaric bottling process and the microbiological and chemical quality control of the finished beer.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish bubbly head, hazy and a bit deep orange color, bready, cakey aroma, flavor of candy, almond, metal and slightly fruity notes, light bitterness, bready aftertaste. Not essential.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks troubles. HAzy golden. Aroma of somewhat stale hops, a bit of yeast, and a bit of vegetables. Flavor has some sweetish malt, stale hops, a bit of yeast, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dror’s place. Thanks troubles. Clear amber. Aroma of malt, kinda oniony hops, and caramel. SWeetish flavor with malt, a bit of caramel, hops, kinda oniony, and a decent bitterness. Medium-bodied.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Rome. Batch #115: BBE 02/2016
Aroma is heavy, sweet and fruity with pineapples juice. Flavour has odd citrus notes, grapefruit, piney notes and some minerals. Also mild plastic notes and gooseberry bush. Somewhat crisp but also a bit musty and slightly worty.
