Description
Our brewery, operational since July 2014, is located in Popoli just 500 meters from the sources of the Pescara.

It is structured with a 20 hl per batch plant and a cellar, whose maximum annual production capacity reaches 2000 hl.

Over the years we have focused on highly technological systems to maximize quality by inserting: the water treatment plant, the machine specifically dedicated to dry hopping, the isobaric bottling process and the microbiological and chemical quality control of the finished beer.

Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato dal sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente.
