"Wiedehopfen", Fläschchen aus der Kanowmühle im Spreewald, 18.11.2025. - Goldgelb, fast klar; schöner Schaum. - In der Nase aromatische, Pilsner-ähnliche aber etwas fülligere, leise exotische hopfenwürzige Hopfung mit Anklängen an Mango und Johannisbeere (Hallertauer Cascade nennt das Etikett) über etwas breiterem Malz, leise rustikale Züge. - Antrunk weich und aromatisch brotig-malzig mit einem Hauch von Karamel, leiser Honignote und aromatisch-runder hopfenwürziger, blaß grapefruitbitterer Hopfung mit leise exotischer Cascade-Aromatik. Milder rezent, vollmundig, weich. Im Abgang schöne hopfenwürzige Herbe. - Wie (fast) alle Barnimer Biere eine runde Sache, gediegen aromatisch und süffig. Sehr schön.

"Barnimer Alkoholfrei", Fläschchen, 15.8.2025. - Bernsteinbraun, trüb. - In der Nase mild-aromatische, verschwommen zitrus- und leicht tropenfruchtige Hopfung sowie deutliche süßliche Bierwürze, das typische Kennzeichen alkoholfreier Biere. - Antrunk hefig-weich brotig-malzig mit Bierwürze und verwaschener zitrusfruchtiger Hopfenherbe, Grapefruit und Gras. Milder rezent, schlank an der Grenze zum Dünnen. Im Abgang feine Hopfenbittere. - Durchaus trinkbares, rundes und erfrischendes Alkoholfreies.
