29-05-19 // bottle. Gift from the brewer. Murky orangeish. Even without sediments it feels homebrewish. Too much dextrose sweetness left to provide the hops a good crisp body.

25-05-19 // bottle at EDEKA Görse & Meichsner in Berlin at a booth with the brewer. With yeast sediment a damn murky orange. Without clearish amber golden. Great modern Hefeweizen. Not that bavarian. Balanced aroma Neither banana nor clove are dominant. But a bit more on the spice side. Good one as well.

Leidenschaft in Bier Vollmond, Fläschchen von Edeka, Berlin-Hermsdorf. - Helles Orangegelb, trüb. - In der Nase feine zitrusfruchtige Hopfenaromen, Grapefruit, Pfirsich und Mango, wenig herb aber käsig. - Antrunk weich süßlich-hellmalzig mit Mandarine und milder obergäriger Fruchtigkeit. Milde, leicht muffige Herbe; Traubenzucker. Die Nuancen von reifen tropischen Früchten und einer würzigen Kiefernnote schmecke ich leider nicht heraus. Milder rezent, hefeweich. Im Abgang matt und leer hopfenherb mit käsig-ranzigen Fehlaromen. - Gut gemeinter aber schlecht gemachter Brauversuch.

Leidenschaft in Bier Strandkorb, Fläschchen von Edeka. - Helles Orangegelb, trüb. - In der Nase appetitliche, weich süße, nur wenig herbe Frucht: Pfirsich, milde Zitrusfrucht, Mango; etwas käsig. - Antrunk weich süßlich mit Pfirsich und zarter Mandarine. Nur schwache Herbe, daher dominiert die fruchtige Süße; den zugesetzten Traubenzucker schmeckt man leider auch heraus. Milder rezent, hefeweich. Im Abgang etwas flau bzw. dumpf ohne die nötige Hopfenherbe. - Braves, weich süßlich-fruchtiges Sommerbier, dem es an Herbe und Tiefgang fehlt. Möglicherweise für den Strandkorb gut, aber nicht für den Berliner Frühling.
