Almost clear amber-red, creamy orange-beige head. Smells of raw malts, cereals, crystal sugars, light macerated cereals and maybe some burnt oil. Light meat/fat/yeast. The taste does not have the sugars that the nose gets - just a little, clean malty body, smooth mouthfeel and low carbonation, very light grassy spicy hop bitterness with just a hint of roast sunflower seed. Nothing to write home about, an accessible sweetish low bitterness clean lager.

Hazy golden, creamy ivory head. Smells of fruity jammy malts - not strong but clean - light cereals. No quince at all. The taste has quite an unique sweetness profile - certainly not quince, more like a mix of mellow fresh pale stone fruit, custard pie and gem, with a strong influence from aromatic bitter herbs and the drilling wormwood bitterness that follows it. Like it.

22-DEC-2018. DRAFT at Octo Beer. Cloudy bright yellow-golden, huge creamy ivory head. The aroma is sweet, but not all that worthy as before, notes of cereals, honey, some cooked and tart Orchard fruit. Fresh and juicy, but kinda messy overall. Same way goes the taste, certainly sweet, feels under attenuated, but not totally wort. Soft carbonation, super light woody bitterness. No as sweet, certainly cleaner this time, properly carbonated, but this beer needs some more time. 5-4-5-3-11=2,8.
27-NOV-2018. DRAFT at Octo Beer. Murky golden-amber, almost no head. The aroma is quite... err... Funny. Sweet and tart fruity sugary cocktail - a mix of borș acru, macerated wheat Bran, raw apricot juice and of course bubble gum. Yeah, funky. The taste is half fermented raw wort, not totally sweet, a little husky rather than hoppy bitterness, a little fruity. That's it. Massively flawed. Needs a retick... 5-2-5-2-10=2,4.

22-DEC-2018. DRAFT at Octo Beer. Slightly hazy gold, frothy white head. Smells like an average small scale provincial pale lager - cooked cereals, a hint of oil, woody spicy hops. Same with the taste, dry pale malts, oily texture (though no the taste), harsh spicy bitterness with notes of burnt oils/toasted sunflower seeds. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, but that is the only high point. So so. 5-4-5-3-11=2,8.
27-NOV-2018. DRAFT at Taproom 27. Hazy golden, creamy ivory head. Smells super clean - just a little bit of bready malts and cereals, hardly some fruit esters. Basically, like a lager, but not a sterile industrial one, neither a dirty micro mess, but a clean fresh unfiltered brew that you actually want to drink. The taste is right there as well - mellow malt sweetness - bread and cooked fruit, just enough body and carbonation, smooth but not flat texture, light grassy/ bitterness. There's not much that is has got, not much else that it needs - Beautifully boring, and very well crafted. 6-4-7-4-14=3,5.

TAP at Craftira. Cloudy straw, small head. The aroma is pretty sweet and flowery, candied orange peel. Not totally bubble gum or shower gel, but would benefit from more spice. The taste is more regular, some perfume and light spice. The carbonation is a bit flat, making the flavor seem flatter than it is. Ok.

Draft at Craft Baza. Cloudy golden, off-white head with some lacing. Smells just like a peach or apricot chewing gum - a bit artificial, but not unpleasant, light bread and cereals. The taste has that airy pale stone fruit note, light and crisp feel, and strong clean drying herbal bitterness. Drinks rather well.

Hazy golden, nice sticky ivory head. The aroma is... apricot bubble gum, again! Some cereals behind, but not much malț footprint. The taste starts with a short burst of bubble gum, then goes thin and crisp, only lightly fruity with a crisp dry bitterness. Nice, save for the artificial stuff.

TAP at Craft Baza 2. Hazy amber-red. The nose is malty - more fresh aromatic Vienna/München malts that caramel, a touch of something spicy - booze or hop. Taste: light to moderate malt sweetness with no particular character, lightly astringent bitterness with - you guessed - no particular hop profile. A fairly anemic ale not fitting any particular recognized beer style, but would pass as a generic session beer.

DEC-2019. Draft at Craft Baza. Slightly hazy dark gold, creamy ivory head. Smells of sticky fruity citrus lollipops, some wired notes when it warms up - ranging from medicine to a honey pickle brine cocktails. Simlar taste - a weird sweet and fruity, lollipoppy and briney mix. Soft medium piney bitterness. Weird but interesting. And certainly drinkable. 3.3/5.
NOV-2018. TAP at Craftira. Slightly hazy amber, not really bright but not dull either. Creamy ivory head. The aroma is subtle but clean and pleasant - orange candies, grapefruit peel, biscuits. It has a light smelly cheese/socks note, but nothing offensive. The taste is not as spectacular as modern IPAs - subtle citrus, clean smooth crisp body - no abrasive tannins - crisp piney and zesty bitterness. Again, not spectacular but quenching and right. 7-4-7-4-14=3,6.
MAY-2018. TAP at Craft Baza. Dark amber with quite a bit of haze, creamy off-white head. Strong grapefruit - both pulp and peel, strong fresh malt backbone with caramel, meal and bread notes. There's a few phenols and esters here and there, but all in all it is pretty clean. The taste has some grapefruit flesh „tart sweetness”, some zest, only limited amounts of sugars and. The strong pungent bitterness with pine and fresh grass, feels a bit harsh and slightly boozy at times. Full, chewy body, without being sticky. Overall, a pretty decent brew with both modern and rustic notes, as well as minor flaws. 7-4-6-3-14=3,4.
MAY-2018. TAP at Smokehouse/Taproom 27. Broadly, same as their Pale Ale, just a lot more astringent (must have had quite a bit of suspended hop matter). Will need to retick...

JUL-2018. Cloudy red-brown, beige head. Smell like ripe plum and cherries with a hell of a lot of nail polish. Some pickles too. Later, as it aerates, you get some toasty notes. The taste is dark fruity sweetness, quite cloying with a some astringency and ashy notes. Rough. 5-4-5-3-11=2,8.
MAY-2018. TAP at Smokehouse/Taproom 27. Murky brown, beige head. Smells like sugar candy, lollipops, some fruity esters and a hint of brownie cake - a bit simplistic. The taste with a drying astringency, then gets sugary sweet. This weird journey continues with some burnt cardboard, finishing with a bit of spicy bitterness and an occasional nail polish remover prick. 5-3-5-3-11=2,7
