Cloudy dark amber, some head. Smells medium sweet, some sugars, but there's still some fermenting dark bread adding a nice touch. Simlar taste, sweet, but not sticky. Some spicy rye bread is there as well. Lactic tartness diluting the sugars. A tad thin and the water has notes of municipal pipelines. Not bad, overall, better then most.

JUL-2019. PET. Cloudy golden amber, white head. Full bready doughy cakey malts with a clear spicy bitter wild herb note. Similar taste, similar meadow herb bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation. A really nice country side lagerbier. 3,5/5.
PET. Really hazy golden-amber, small frothy ivory head. The aroma is really humble, but nice - just a hint of sweet cereals, nice bread/dough. Same goes on into the flavour. Unfortunately, unlike the ginger version, the bitterness is less crisp and clean, less hops - more fermentation by-product harshness. Overall,a decent rustic-style lagerbier. 3,0/5.

Really hazy golden-amber, small white head. The aroma is subtle malt sugars and even more subtle ginger. Actually, like the ginger - it does a good job replacing aroma hops here. A little bit of yeast / dough. Similar rustic sweet cereal lager taste, really clean with a low carbonation. A gentle, yet strong enough, spicy hop kiss in the finish. Quite a nice zwickelbier style lager. And even the ginger is not a problem.

Danke an Dorin. Dunkel getreidiger, süß brotiger Beginn. Dunkel malzig, dezente Säure, hohe Süffigkeit. Dumpf, mittellanger Abgang. 10/7/8/7//8
