Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Hazy amber/orange color with a nice, lasting off white foamy head. Rich fruity hopas aroma, some grass. Flavor is similar but not as intense as the aroma. Bitter dry finish.

Bottle. Pours murky coffee brown with small white head. Aroma opens slowly with notes of malt, grain, caramel, gravy and cinnamon. Taste is light acidic, light bitter and finishes medium sweet. Body is oily to creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and sweet with notes of caramel, sweet apples, sweet plums, lemon, mint, cardamom, yeast and wheat bread. Nice complexity.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours cloudy darkish copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, fruit, caramel, cinnamon and cloves. Spicy flavour of cloves, with sweetish, malty and caramellish touches and bitter, hoppy notes. Rough aftertaste. More like an S/H/V than a Porter but acceptable.

Bottle. It’s an unclear, brown beer topped by a small, light beige head. The aroma has lots of spices, star anise and cloves, and some coffee and chocolate. Coffee and chocolate in the flavor, but it’s the spices that dominates. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Coffee and spices in the finish. Way to spiced this one, definitely not my beer. 131123
