Мы варим свое пиво исключительно по закону Райнхайтсгебот, регламентирующему производство пива в Германии с 1526 г. Согласно исходному тексту документа, для производства пива должны использоваться только 3 ингредиента: вода, ячмень (ячменный солод) и хмель.

Appearance: hazy pale amber, moderate white head of average retention. Aroma: strawberries, citrus fruit, biscuit, caramel, distant lactose, Taste: light sweet, fruity. Strawberries and citrus. Biscuit. Light caramel. Somewhat lactic. Medium minus bitterness. Lasting hoppy ending. Palate: medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: not exactly what you'd expect knowing it's a milkshake IPA. For the better. The ale is good.

Cloudy amber with a large white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: malt, esters, tropical fruit. Taste: light to medium sweet, fruity. Malty. Some hop. Light bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, average carbonation. Overall: a pleasant ale of no typical milkshake features.

Tap. Dark golden, practically clear, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: pale and pils malt, slightly citrus, fruity, hop pellets, slightly grassy. Taste: quite clean, malt biscuits, citrus and fruity, light bitterness, soft.

Foggy golden to orange with a large and beautiful white head. Aroma: malt, vegetal hop, light phenolic yeast. Medium body. Taste: light sweet malty start. Spicy yeast. Hoppy ending. Vegetal, spicy. Light to medium bitterness. Drinkable.

PET bottle. Thanks vinivini. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is citrusy and spicy hops and caramel. Taste is well balanced malt and hops, fruit, light caramel. Medium bitter finish.

PET bottle (as Chisto Dark Lager) kindly shared by vinivini. Pours dark brown with a thin beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, burnt notes. Taste is light sweet, coffee, roasted malt. Dry finish.

Slightly misted golden to light amber colour with a moderate off-white head. Aroma: citrus fruit, pine, earth, light esters. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Taste: medium dry, on the hoppy side. Tangerine, grapefruit, piny and earthy hop. Background malts. Solid bitterness. A nice piece of an old school ale. Good.

Misty deep amber with copper highlights. Large creamy head of ivory colour. Aroma: caramel malts, citrusy and nutty hop. Light body. Soft carbonation. Taste: on the hop side with sweetish malt background. Caramel, pine, grapefruit, minor earth. Medium minor bitterness. Good ale.
