Golden colored, clear, small white head, not very lasting. Aroma is of malt and strong grains, hay and straw. Taste is medium sweet malt, cereal and lots of grains, low+ bitterness, hay and straw mostly, bready finish. Medium- bodied, soft to average carbonation.

Dark brown to black colored, medium beige creamy lasting head. Aroma is smoked and roasted ham and roasted malt, with some bread. Taste is medium to light sweet malt, smoked malt and ham, bread, some sour bready notes, bit of yeast, roasted dry finish and smoked aftertaste. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Unexpectedly good Rauchbier from Russian Far East! Good job!
