On tap at De Markies. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of liquorice, berries, prunes, roasted malts. Flavour is sweet, roasted malts, caramel, quite fruity, berries and prunes, figs, raisins, liquorice, hint of peat, earth, light smoky liquorice finish. Medium to full bodied, some alcohol. Decent stuff.

Shared with Koelschtrinker & Beerhunter111 Smooth malty beginning. Somehow sticky with alcoholic parts, dried dark fruits, a bit sticky malty till the end, round and smooth sessionable with a moderate bitterness.

33cl bottle. Almost black beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of mid sweet dark malt, soft roasted malt, coffee and Lactose. Taste of liqourice, coffee, dark roasted malt, some Chocolate, nice!

Dunkler, süß-röstig-schokoladiger Beginn. Angenehme Würzigkeit, wenig herb, spritzig, Die dunkle Malzigkeit steiget deutlich an, minimale Herbe, Kaffee, Bitterschokolade. Vollmundig, konstante Intensität, langer, etwas bitterer, prim#är aber malzig schokoladiger Nachhall. Gut. 10/9/11/11//11/11

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A almost clear amber beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet strong malt, yellow fruits, flowers. Taste of strong pale malt, yellow fruits, yeast, some citrus fruits, flowers.

Many thanks to ShivanDragon for this bottle! Smooth mild and fresh. Hints of yeast, round and mild. Hints of spices in the back, very mild with a dry yeast. Grainy with hints of sweetness, nice bittered with herbs in the aftertaste, nice and easy to drink!

Too much carbonation, but when that disappears you get loads of flavours, amazingly rich. Hardcore bitter, like chewing coffee, some cocoa.

Wazig en troebel licht bruin met volle en erg witte kraag. Aroma van koffie, bonen, mout, hop, citrus, lichte gras. Smaken zijn zacht, redelijk gebrand en geroosterd bitter, licht zuurtje ook, mout, geroosterde en gebrande koffie, lage co2, door de gebrande koffie zijn er nog wat citrus, mout, gist, gras, hoppen zijn nog wat te proeven, matige body, licht droge afdronk, verder ok.
