750ml bottle from a trade with vinivini (big thanks for this new cider style). Pours clear gold with no head. Aroma is green apples, sweet sparkling wine notes. Taste is medium sweet, apples, apple skin, wine notes. Light sour finish. Medium bodied. Sparkly Champagnish carbonation. Very enjoyable.
