(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 5 Dec 2024) Dark brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, chocolate and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark bread, coffee, chocolate, brown sugar, grain and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced dunkel. Nice one.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano sentori di speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il piano sottostante è velato. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca finiscono sentori di miele, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara e ananas.

From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of fruits, cloudberries, spicy yeast, floral notes, hops. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Body is medium. A fine Saison.

From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of sweetish malt, caramel, some citrus and tropical fruity notes, hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Decent beer, but a bit too malty and sweetish to really impress me as an IPA.

From tap at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam. Aroma is hops, malt biscuit, citrus, orange, some tropical fruits, some pine resin. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Unremarkable but well-rounded APA.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is fairly hoppy with notes of citrus, biscuity malt, a touch of stone fruits and a hint of caramel Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. A nicely hopped Golden!

Fat på Kapitelhuset . Här har vi typiska brod toner, lätt rostad malt , lite knäck . God men tyvär sänks ölen i omdöme då sjukt mycket kolsyra tar bort mycket av smaken . Trisst

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is dark roasted malt, coffee, caramel, chocolate, notes of vanilla, coffee grounds, espresso, and a touch of liquorice. Flavour is medium sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium to full. Very agreeable coffee-heavy Imperial Stout, good stuff.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is fruity hops, juicy tropical fruits, citrus, malt, grapefruit, sweetish orange, mango, some pine resin, lightly floral and perfume. Flavour is above moderate sweet with a bitter finish. Medium bitter. Yum, this is good stuff, nicely juicy fruity IIPA with a malt ’n resin backbone.
