Visited the Solana Beach home of the brewery on 28th May 2016 and had 12 x 3oz pours of their beers on tap: this was one of them. Slight haze to my golden pour, white top. Mild citrus leanings to this brew from the Cascade hops, fairly dry finish, liked it.

Delicate flavours and nose, like most Kolsch style beers, decent and refreshing without unsetting or testing any of your senses.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a medium brown color with a small white head. Aroma was light milk chocolate. Some light chocolate, creamy notes. Light roast. Tasty.

On draft at the brewey. Poured a light, tan, semi-translucent brown color with a small white head. Aroma was light nutty notes, mild malt, and some light hop notes. Sweet malts, roast, and a touch of nutty notes. Okay.

On draft at the brewery. Poured a mostly clear, slightly hazy yellow-orange color with a small fluffy white head. Aroma was like wow, this one was my favorite of their IPA series. It packed a huge punch of juicy, notes. Powerful tropical fruit notes. Puretty juicy hop character. some light floral notes.

On draft at Culture Solana Beach. Poured a near pitch-black color with a small brown head. Aroma was immediately vanilla, oak, some chocolate. Flavor was roasted malts, vanilla, coffee. Pretty tasty.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a clear, light amber color with a small white head. Aroma was pleasant, light hop notes, light fruit even. Flavor was nicely balanced hop notes, perhaps a touch earthy. Not bad.
