Swing-top bottle. Sweet banana, peach, clove and toffee malt aroma. Cloudy orange-brown color with moderate head. Sweet banana, clove and light toffee malt. Body pretty light. Nice flavor - just wish there was more of it.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet peach, banana, clove, white pepper, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-amber color with large head. Lightly sweet banana, clove and wheat malt. Body very light. Tap. Creamy barley malt, lemon, and grass hops aroma. Clear yellow color with moderate head and nice lacing. Bitter grass/lemon peel hops flavor with light malt. Solid but pretty standard German pils.

Bottle (kindly donated by joss!): Solid sweet-pale malty nose with a good dash of noble hops underneath; golden with a slowly collapsing white lacy head; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft and almost medium bodied; lingering, drier aromatic hoppy finish, balanced by smooth pale malt. A good beer from a very good brewery.......

(bottle, 33cl) Minimal hazy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Distinctively grainy malty and subtle honey-fruity aroma with light floral and herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Pale malt-character, slightly buttery and shy honey-fruity taste with herbal accents; quite dry and noble hoppy finish. Another good one from Erl. 28.XII.09

Bottled 500ml. -found on random gas station in Germany. Drunk straight from the bottle. Mild roasty, caramellish and fruity with touch of milk chocolate in the finish. Maybe a bit too sweet, average and quite boring dunkel.
