Day 20: Erlbraü Erlkönig Hell 5% Very very pale gold which is exceptionally clear with a fizzy eggshell white head of foam. Very sweet grainy aroma whereas the taste is grainy wafers with sweet tangy malts. Medium bodied but very dry. It’s a touch too sweet but ok.

Can, the Aldi/ Kalea pack. Paleish gold with a luxuriant white head. Bready and gently herbal aroma. Fine but very straightforward taste with modest bitterness. Not bad at all.

500ml can from Costco Advent Calendar. Golden pour with nice large frothy head. Aroma and taste reflect a nice grainy, malty profile. Minor sweet notes and a touch of crispness at the finish. Almost creamy feel.
