Description

Tap tasted on 05/07/2014. Drak brown ale with a creamy and persistent white head. Aroma is fruity and sugar. Taste is complex, with vainilla, dark fruits and malts. Nice carbonation and easy to drink. The alcohol is well balanced. Next one please!

Bottle, Bir & Fud, Roma. Hazy yellow pour with a big white head. Nose had notes of spice, grape, wood, brett and citrus. Sweet and sour flavour with more fruits and brett alongside pale malts and a little hoppage. Quite lively carbonation. Tart citrus finish. Likeable stuff

09/11 A 0.75l bottle courtesy of oviglado, huge thanks for sharing! It poured hazy golden body with big head atop. Typical Italian "artigialale" aroma, yeasty, lightly sweet fruity malt with some herbal hops. Similar flavor, sweetish but also only a bit bitter, fruity with more pronounced vanilla now on expense of yeast note which is a big plus. Touched with spiciness like pepper or some herbs as well. Medium bodied with longer creamy, lightly sweetish peach and vanilla finish. Herbal hops driven all the way through the end, too. Well, definitely a fine beer, but I can’t find anything too special in it.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with some floating sediment and a light brow head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread with a bit some earthy fruits and a woody backing. Flavor has a good amount of sweet bread with a bit of earthiness and a bit of grass backing.
