5% bottle from Eataly on sale. A slightly cloudy honey gold with a thin foamy head. A nice herbal earthy nose with some pepperiness to it - nice. Soft light body with a biscuity malt character and a sharp bite of hops. An average beer but pretty flavorful for a kolsch, better than many I have had in Japan.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy weak hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty grainy hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Hoppy Days. Slightly unclear pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, slightly hayish, a hint of hops. Clean and crisp kolsch. Easy drinkable. Pretty nice.

Bottle @ Hoppy Days. Unclear pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly bitter, lightly herbs or spices, slightly a hint of fruit. Average body and carbonation. Pretty nice actually. Easy to drink and pretty tasty for a lager. Like it.

On tap at Hoppy Days. Clear golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of mild tropical fruity hops, flowers, light malty. Very subtle, but nice. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, light floral, almost soapy, tropical fruits, medium bitter finish. Light-bodied, oily mouthfeel. Doesn’t feel like 7%.
