Draft at Beercraft. Opaque black liquid with small to medium light tan head. Aroma of chocolate, peanut butter, coffee, licorice and raw sugar. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of chocolate, raw sugar and coffee. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Bottle at the brewery. Jet black coloured pour with a lasting light tan head. Aroma is deep rich dark chocolate cake, coffee. Flavour is conposed of rich dark chocolate, bitter chocolate, coffee, fruit cake, dried fruit with a hint of wood. Palate is full and frothy with a drying bitter finish.
