Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Tom L. Slightly hazy golden. Aroma of stale hops, some malt. Sweetish flavor with chalky malt, and a bitter, slightly harsh, stale-ish hops finish, a bit fruity, minerally. Quite light-bodied.

Bottle from SuperValu, Longford [180314]
Dark ruby, clear, frothy big head
Aroma of slight caramel, slight fruit, hint of red berry, soft hedgerow fruits
Taste as aroma, soft toasted malts, slight wild raspberry, soft fruity caramel, not much going on
Palate - soft carb, soft sweet malts. Finish as main flavour, rather rapid, slight bitterness in tail
Overall - Dull, plain supermarket beer. Found it has slightly more flavour than the very dull pale ale
