Bottle to pint glass. Orange-copper with slight haze and white head. Mix of grapefruit and slight pine, dank aroma. Taste follows aroma but has a moderate high bitterness. I tend to brew my IPA with Simcoe and Amarillo....so I am biased on this blend and bumping it up a point or two. Could use some Falconer or any of the tropical fruit hops to give it a more modern take, but I enjoyed it.

Tap at Pita Kabob in Visalia (W. Akers). Aroma is moderately high amounts of citrus and flower field. Moderate low amounts of pine. Pleasing aroma, but does not leap out of the glass. Beautiful orange with pristine white head. Head lingers as a collar and a dusting across the top. Slight patterns. Flavor is solid orange and moderate high pine/resin. A very slight cloying from the residual sugars. Alcohol is well hidden, with just slight alcohol warming. As it began to warm, there is more pronounced bitterness. Overall, a tasty brew.

Firkin at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA.Pours light amber gold with a slight white head. Aroma of mixed tropical fruits. Near full bodied. Flavor is nice, mildly roasty malt with a lot of fresh/sweet fruit. No real heat, but los of fruit - not very dry, but bitter! Excellent.
