Based on our shared values and a common philosophy of quality brewing, Fordham and Dominion joined forces in 2007 and consolidated operations in 2009.

Friday 12th Feb 2021. Out Of Date Beer tasting with my son and good lady. Eight beers from 'Lowcostbeer' (they sell old beer at knock down prices). 330ml bottle; BBE Sep 2020. Brewed by Castle Eden Brewery in the UK. Really enjoyed this. Golden/amber body, neat white head. The nose and taste held a semi-sweet caramel front with a hoppy pine and citrus underbelly. Nice!

One litre plastic bottle (5% ABV) from an out of date keg, poured multiple times into a Hannen Alt glass at home on 9th Feb 2021. Off-white affair on top of each copper pour, a little lighter than most Alt beers I've come across colour wise. Semi-sweet and malty with a caramel flavour overriding a mild hop presence. Really enjoyed it. Why are the scores so low on RateBeer for this beer?

29/12/2020. Can from Beers of Europe, BB 28/2/2021. Pours very dark brown with a rich tan coloured head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, wood, vanilla, liquorice, ash, touch of oak smoked meats. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Quite smooth, carbonation calmed after an initial fizz. Served fridge cold, seemed quite so-so, but got much better as it warmed in the glass.
