Draught from the box @ The Front, Falmouth. Hazy yellow with no head. Apple on the nose up front, with light pedio and even lighter leather. Med-dry character. Soft body with slowly-emerging tartness. Has fresh apples, just a touch of tannin. Good, balanced cider with lightly spicy accents.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours clear golden with a of white sparling head. Dry and sweet taste of apples with a fairly dry end. Pretty quaffable
