Tap at Be.Re. in Rome-Italy, with markoijelna. Opalescent golden pour, white foam. Nose is earthy, cascade hops feel like earthy a bit incense. Mouth gets more maltiness then and it feels a bit of sweet amaro brandy. I will re-drink it soon and try to get it better.

Tap at King Arthur in Ciampino-Italy. Hazy light golden pour, almost clear. Medium white foam with a good retention. Nice appearance. Nose: certainly lime, sage too, some rosemary. Mouth: medium-high carbonation, easy and tasty, zest, bitter lime peel notes. Another good VF!

On tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà in Rome-Italy with the brewer. Cloudy/juicy apricot skin pour, medium creamy head. Nose is an attack of hops, pretty much resin and hint of onions but also fruity in some ways. Really complex and quite attractive. Mouth: another masterpiece from this brewer, an amplified flavor of resin, onion, sweet and bitter notes. Round and extremely tasty.
