On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours pale yellow, a bit cloudy, with a medium white head. Aroma is amazing, lots of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, melon, grapefruit. Flavour is perfectly balanced, light malt profile with a medium to light bitterness. Light body, medium carbonation. Fantastic session from VF... as usual!

On tap @So Good (Rome). Pours a pale yellow color with a medium white head. Amazing fruity aroma, lots of tropical fruits, mango, passionfruit, pineapple and melon, wow! Flavour is perfectly balanced, light malt profile with a medium white head. Light body, medium carbonation.Very good session!

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Pours a pale yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, melon, citrus, pungent. Flavour is well balanced, light malt profile with a good bitter end, dry, fresh and drinkable. Light body, medium to light carbonation. Nice one, but not one of the best session from Vento Forte.

Drucken på Brewskival 2016. Smak och doft av jäst, citrus, jord, vita vinbär. Torr, viss syrlighet, lagom sötma, vinös, beska med smak av citrusskal. Gott!

Draught White head, fast gone over fully hazy yellow beer. Nice fresh green fruit, lunaria, nectarine, green banana. Ureum, citruszeste, flowery. Light, bit slick MF. Nice!

Draught Good white head over metallic, lightly copperish golden beer. Citrus, ureum, Citra hops, human sweat. Sweetish, citrus, sweat again, some spices. Sticky MF, slick, low on carbonation. Not bad, but some hops were overused, resulting in light off-flavours.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Beer Wknd #5 avec l’équipe RB et Bru. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez fruité résineux, américain C hops, rappelant le Simcoe qui devient plus dominant, rétro léger de grains plutôt discret. Palais reste résineux à souhait avec un côté Simcoe clairemetn en avant. Mosaic en retrait apportant plus de fruité, malté modéré avec un caractère pin et résineux qui revient à la charge en fin de bouche.

Draft @ ML Fontainas, Italian Beer Wknd #5. Dorée, paille sur léger voile, col blanc. Arôme au nez tropical, fruité, le tout fort plaisant avec un bouquet malté restant modéré. Fruité restant dans le caractère italien des IPA, pas mal centré sur le côté un peu australien. Palais est malté, léger pils assurant la base, le tout reste splendide au niveau de l’usage des houblons entre herbacé, note verte, fruité tropical, citron. Niveau houblon explose en bouche supporté par un malt modéré pour les 4%. Légère pointe ananas en fin de bouche, sec au fini, voire terreux et une note épicée des houblons.

Drucken på Brewskival 2016. Aningen funkig, torr och syrlig saison, vinös med fatkaraktär från vinet. Jordig och bärig, omogna bär, citrusskal. Komplex och riktigt god.

(Thx! for sharing!) Sampled draft @ Italian BEER Week-End #5. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is the good kind of cheesy hops & pine. Taste is yummy cheesy hops, Sorachi Ace fashion, low dough, touch yeast, good pine,… Body is bit malty. Pretty neat, nice one.
