On tap @So Good (Rome). Pours pale yellow with a medium to little white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, pine, resin and fox grape, nice. Flavour is very bitter with a light astringency. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Not the best session IPA, still very good.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Opaque black - brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry and with good fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, no roast. There is a curious light barrel aged vibe here, mild paint esters being the most obvious sign. Mild malt cream before a light semi dry finish. Curious but not bad.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Lightly hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth with modest fine carbonation. Light pale malts bring mild creamy sweetness. Very nice pine combines well with a mellow hop spice. A little tropical fruits adds colour and leads to modest hop skunk. Light semi dry finish. Beautifully integrated and very drinkable.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Hazy pale gold beer, good white head. Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Very clear Alka Seltzer start followed by a modest lemony sournese. Light finish. Not too much else going on here but it’s fine.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Mildly sweet and dry pale malts. Trace of something lactose light. Modest hop skunk and a forensic amount of citrus. Light dry finish. A grower but lacks the vibrancy of the brewers sipa beers and not too much rye spice here.

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Lightly hazy and pale yellowish gold beer. Small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and finely crisp. Light sweetish pale malt base. Nice mellow hop skunk in to smooth cooling pine. Touch of tropical fruits and a little hop spice. Light semi dry finish. Skunkier than the 08 but also has a slightly better body despite an even lower abv. Another really well put together sipa from this brewery.
