Bottle from Beer Gonzo, Online Store, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home, Saturday 7th January 2017 i Pours a sunset yellow, little hazy, very small head. Funky and hoppy at the same time, I love Little Earth Beers they are completely one off, funky, earthy perfumey, it is great, dry lacks sweetness.Had this after our Thai meal, love it. High Wycombe House Warming. Thanks to Dan. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, no head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, modest carbonation. Mellow and slightly earthy brett. Nice tangy lemon, not too sharp. Savoury and bitterish finish. Bitter linger. Interesting.

High Wycombe House Warming. Thanks to Dan. Light haze on this gold beer, a few white bubbles for a head. Smooth and semi dry palate, low carbonation. Tangy dried fruits and savoury bitterish brett. Light semi dry finish. Bitter linger. Nice flavour and hides the abv well but the palate is a bit stodgy.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. It pours clear bright gold with no head. The aroma is musty, funky, peppery, over-ripe apple, barnyard, oak, vanilla, foamy sweets, earth and windolene (!). The taste is tart, earthy, quite savoury, lemon sherbet, moderate acidity, oak, vanilla, pretty salty, peppery spice, granny smith apple and tannin with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Pretty unusual/unique stuff. Not bad, if a bit weird.

Copper-brown, hazy body, with a small, fizzy, yellowish head.
Aroma of Brett, citrus, sugar, wood, white grapes, ripe fruits, apples, some basement, subtle alcohol.
Tastes pretty dry, of Brett, citrus, wood, leather, apples, white grapes, some overripe fruits, some candy.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes bone-dry, Bretty, wooden, hoppy, citric, a bit vinous, subtly sweet.
Very nice. The nose is really rich and complex, with lovely Brett and citric hop notes. Taste is a bit too harshly dry for my taste, while still interesting. Except some wooden notes the whiskey barrel isnโt really noticeable. Overall not an outstanding style example, but enjoyable nonetheless.

330ml bottle. Pours dark orange with no head. Aroma is Brett, lemon, wood and cheese. Taste has light toffee and Brett to start. Light lemon and Brett on the finish. No alcohol burn. Zero condition.
