Bottle shared at the hi wy cum. Tasting, 5/11/2016. Many thanks to Daniel for this one. A hazed golden orange, coloured pour with a no head. Aroma is sweaty leafy hop, nutty grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, spicy lemon little funk, woody mould. Palate is semi sweet and slightly sour, moderate carbonation.

Bottle at The High WyCum tasting, Chez Bois, thanks to Dan Yell 05/11/16. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pissy orange, hay bale, wood must, dungy brett strokes. Taste comprises light brett, sweet licks, melon dung, pissy citrics, soft bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff, easy drinkning for the ABV but similarly lacks depth, good dollop of brett. Ok sour but lacks depth for the ABV.

Bottle at Colinโs. It pours clear pale gold with a small white head. The aroma is musty, sweet, funky, candied fruits, sugary, dirt, manure, brioche and toffee. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, nectarine, musty, funky, manure, mild acidity, wood and astringency with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Decent enough sour, but not game - changer.

Bottle shared in High Wycombe - thanks to Daniel. Pours clear orange-gold with a slim, white head. Musty grain in the nose, some orange rind, pale bread, wood. Medium to heavy sweet flavour with ripe citrus fruits, alcohol, subtle funk, apple. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish with more ripening citrus, alcohol, bready malts, nips of berries, soft funk. Novel.

Bottle at The High WyCum tasting, Chez Bois, thanks to Danny 05/11/16. Lightly hazed pale blonde with a moderate off white cap that clears to spotting. Nose is lemon peel, straw, on the turn melon, grass, damp hay. Taste comprises tangy melon, lemon drizzle, light funk, damp straw, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok easy drinking sour.

Aroma is nice brett, pineapple, tropical, big bretty funk. Pale grains. Flavour is composed of light grains, straw, lemon, big fruit pineapple, funk, lemon. Palate is crisp and grains, moderate carbonation. Good.

Bottle thanks to Dirty D at Colinโs. it pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is musty, dirty, funk, stewed fruits, nectarine, peach, plum, dirty, green apple, tart tatin and wood. The taste is sweet, juicy, sticky, cloying, chewy, musty, funky, dirt, nectarine, peach, tart tatin, plum pie with a sweet, sugary finish. Medium - full body, fine carbonation and sticky mouth - feel. Smells great, but taste is too sweet for me.
