330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and grassy hoppy, and minimally floral and fruity, yeasty aroma, minimally bready, pale malty background, hints of yellow and red apple, a touch of chamomile, mirabelle, white bread crust. Taste is slightly bitter, grassy, slightly fruity and minimally herbal hoppy, slightly floral yeasty and minimally yeasty fruity, minimally bready and sugary, wheaty and pale malty basis with some residual sweetness, hints of chamomile, a touch of mirabelle, grape sugar, spicy herbs.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Fairly multifacetted but rather cautious, nice floral and herbal aspects, but too watery and sugary "body" - quite OK.
