Dark ruby brown with a lasting off-white head. Roasted aroma of chocolate and licorice with a touch of anise. Sweetish roasted flavour with just a little too much spice.

Aus der Flasche im 2020-07 getrunken. Dieses Schwarzbier ist sehr typisch für seinen Bierstil. Nur leider hat auch diese Grauballe Bier gar keine Schaumbildung. Aber im Grunde ist es ein soldides und recht süffiges Bier. Prost!

Aus der Flasche im 2020-07 getrunken. Dieses mit Wachholder gebraute Stout hat leider nahezu keine Schaumbildung, wodurch es nahezu leblos wirkt. Die Balance zwischen Röstaromen, Süße und einer ganz leichte Fruchtsäuere macht das Stout sehr leicht trinkbar.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a fizzy, dissipating beige head. Nose has Bamberg smoke atope a layer of caramel. Rich, sweet, malty and caramellish body with heavy bacon smoke. No real bitterness. Pretty one-dimensional, but probably enjoyable if for instance you like a Mars bar on your barbecue. 140520
