Bottle. Just slightly cloudy dark gold/orange sporting a decent white head. Mild aroma of lemons, wheat and soap. Taste of wheat, lemons, soap and grains. Low to moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Anemic and lifeless. It’s never a good sign when a Hefeweizen reminds me of a Kristallweizen.
