0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. Clear golden, little bit pale with a one finger white foamy head. Grassy caramel with some citrus on the nose. Tastes the same, some seetness, little bit spicy, low bitterness. Thin easy drinker, nothing special.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, thick, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting minimally lacing, snow white head. Grainy, strawy, minimally spicy, pale malty aroma, grassy-spicy hoppy and minimally doughy, yeasty overtones. Taste is slightly doughy yeasty, grainy and minimally strawy, pale malty, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy hoppy, metallic overtones. Watery texture, dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite spicy, slightly doughy - not your standard Helles, above average.

NRW-Flasche: Clear, golden, small and stable white head, traces of carbonation visible, mild hayish-grainy nose; watery MF, thin - no: very thin sweetish-bitter flavour; short and watery sweet grainy finish. Almost a drain-pour...

Alt Irlbacher Spezial Dunkel, jetzt nur noch mit 5,2 %, Flasche vom GP Getränkemarkt, Großbeeren. - Dunkles Kastanienrotbraun, klar. (17.7.2021.)
