Amber, clear, nice beige head.
Fruity, tart, light Brett but mostly lacto. Oak and such.
Juicy and fruity with soft caramel, oak, tart lactic and brown sugar. Sweet, tart, medium bodied. A bit forceful.

Flavor is a match to the aroma. Mildly funky and tart. Respectable.

Bottle at the tasting. Murky red brow pour. Nose is thick red fruit and vinous notes tastes of figs, dates, cherry, bread, balsamic, and red wine. Fast and enjoyable

Bottle (2020 vintage) shared by Jow at Camp Tasting Finale--thanks, Joe! Hazy golden yellow with light sparkle, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong sweet fruit, including grape, tart fruit, hint of bubblegum. Taste is strong tart fruit, slightly sweet grapes. Frothy texture, soft carbonation, mostly tart finish.

500 ml shared by Jow. Thank you Joe. Aroma is white grape, soft citrus, and subtle funk. Flavor follows with mild white wine. Finishes lightly tart. Ends pretty clean. Drinks ok.

Bottle I grabbed from brewery and brought to group tasting. Nos sis bright citrus and white wine. Tatses of apricot, gooseberry, peach, sweet Riesling, oak, some grass. 2020 vintage so soft bodied. I liked it good palate cleanser after the few heavy hitters we started with.

Clear blonde. Smattering of white head.
Juicy grape and mild mixed culture. Well-homogenized. Low oak and good maltiness. Mild saison yeast, nothing crude.
Tart, not too much, with lots of biscuit and mild oak. Nice and dry with fruity, lightly juicy grape and delicate apricot essence. Maybe could show some yeast character a bit more profoundly but it's well-brewed and barreled for sure.

On tap. Pours a clear pale gold with light head. Aromas of cereal, a bit of sulphur, and grass. Flavors of cereal, bright toasty malts and something like apple juice.
