Big offwhite head. Clear deep yellow body with light carbonation. Faint floral fruit aroma. Dryish winter apple and spice taste with mealy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish spicy winter apple and flowers aftertaste with resiny notes. Not bad, but the combination of flavours is not right. (0.5l bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Strømmen. Batch #11.)

Fonefan 290814. Golden -yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is orange, wheat, malt. Flavour is fruit, orange, wheat, malt, apple, yeast, citrus. Ordinary beer.

Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, caramel, dried fruits and hint of cooked vegetables. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeast and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

500 ml bottle. Dark brown body with a small but lacing beige head that disappears rather fast. Quite nice aroma of dark malt, coffee and chocolate. Flavor is light roasted dark malt with a hint of dark chocolate and moderate in bitterness. Body is disappointing thin, medium aftertaste. Drinkable, but too plain and watery.

Huge coarseish offwhite head doesn’t last. Hazy pale yellow bod with strong carbonation. Mealy herbal coriander aroma with wheaty fruity notes. Dry mealy intense orange peel taste with coriander notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy herbal coriander aftertaste with papery orange peel notes. Flat and uninspiring, with too much orange peel. Did not enjoy. (0.5l bottle, from Meny Oslo City. Batch #9.)

500 ml bottle @ Kick. Beautiful dark ruby red body with a moderate sized, lacing beige head. Aroma is mostly malty with some dry fruit. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, dry fruit and low bitterness. Solid body and average aftertaste. Decent sweet dark bock, not my favorite style but otherwise OK.

50cl bottle from Meny, Oslo City. Pours hazy deep golden to amber with an off-white head. Quite fruity aroma with notes of tropical fruit, and citrus. Mild malty with hints of caramel and herbs. Moderate to medium sweet with fruity flavours and a mild, but pleasant bitterness. Pleasant and sessionable, but not very exiting.
