Can. Almost clear gold with a white head stable at more than a cm above the rim - supported by torrents of bubbles. Aroma of lemon pudding, mandarin, passionfruit, crackers. Light bodied, fizzy. Not all that sweet with plenty of fruit and enough bitterness to snap at the end. It's a decent quaffer.
