375ml can into schooner. Can says 'Brewed with the moving tides of a geometric maze'!?!?! Oh dear. Pours a hazy golden amber with a nice crown of white foam on top. Some lacing. Medium carbonation. Subdued aroma of grass and stonefruit. Light and refreshing with some early biscuity malt and late bitter melon. Lingering citric finish. Nice easy-drinking pale ale.

375ml can into shaker. Another Wesfarmers product (whose marketing dept. need a good talking-to. TINNIES! Really!). Hazy amber beer with a nice foamy crown on top. Patchy lacing. Light carbonation. Nose of tropical fruit, grass and a little pepper. Bitter with a little zing. Finish is subdued with some lingering bitterness after hints of plasticine and citric fruit. Easy going, easy-drinking quaffer.

Can. Orange with a loose white head. Aroma of mango and orange with some biscuit underneath. Getting towards watery. Fruity with a dull, slightly stale light biscuity malt behind. Lowish bitterness but it still manages to avoid being too fruit cup -like. Ordinary.

07-05-15 // late rating as it wasnt on RB at this time. States to be brewed somewhere in Germany. This was the cheapest to buy by a box in Sydney. Had a lot of them on my last night in Sydney with my local crew. Thanks to everyone fo this great time. Cheers mates!

375ml bottle into shaker. Nose is slightly smoky malt. Golden amber beer with a few large bubbles and weak bubbly head which quickly disappears, looks like creek water. Medium body, slight caramel malt flavour with some grain and tinny bitterness right at the end. Pretty dire but I like the bottle and label so an extra point for the design team.

330ml bottle into schooner glass. Green bottle, skunky nose. Some rubber tyre too! A little better in the glass, but now smells like old bread and tin. Highly carbonated golden amber beer with zero head. Tastes like rye bread crusts with late tin and bubblegum. Watery and unpleasant, really bad.

(Bottle) Pours clear pale amber / straw with tiny shirt-lived thin white head. Aroma of hay, bread and cardboard notes. Light body, reasonable carbonation. Light doughy malt with citrus tang to balance. Becomes a bit watery through palate, but at the finish some peppery notes develop into some ok bitterness. Drinkable, but there’s many better beers.

Hey, hey! Supermarket beer, the unfortunately named Überbräu (over beer?). 330ml bottle into lager glass. Ice cold! Crystal clear amber beer with fluffy white head. Nose is plasticine and pepper. Lightly carbonated. Patchy lacing. Taste and finish is doughy and tinny. Not horrible, summer BBQ beer.
