500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, May 18. Many thanks to Mike for this. Pours black, creamy off white head. Lightly sweet malt aroma, caramel hints. Grainy light on the palate, some dark malt, lightly sweet, sessionable but generally a bit forgettable.

Bottle courtesy of "HenrikSoegaard", 5.2%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, bread and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malt, bread, caramel, sweet, liquorice and a little bitter.

Bottle 0,5l. A sör kiöntéskor olyan sűrű volt, hogy alig akart kijönni az üvegből. Igazi fekete, sok "swarcz" nem üti meg ezt a színt. Habja szép, barna, közepesen erős. Nagyon szép sör. Kávés és földes illata van. Minimális malátás íz, komló nem érződik, a földes, kávés , kicsit étcsokis íz viszont igen. Ez a főzet szerintem korrektre sikerült nagyüzemi cégtől. A címkén közepesen testes van feltűntetve. Kézműveshez képest közepes, nagyüzemik közül testes. A Dreher Bak szintjét nem éri el, de igazán finom nedű. Pozitív csalódás.

The beer was so thick when it was poured that he barely wanted to get out of the bottle. Real black, a lot of "swarcz" don't hit that color. Its head is beautiful, brown, medium strong. Very nice beer. Aroma: coffee and earthy. Minimal malt taste, hops do not feel, but the earthy, coffee, slightly dark chocolate taste does. I think this brew was done correctly by a large brewery. According the label: medium-bodied. But rather its a full-bodied industrial beer. It doesn’t reach the level of Dreher Bak, but it’s a really fine nectar. Positive disappointment.

10.05.2018 -- 0.5l can from budapest, bb 10.08.2018. pours a milky very pale yellow with a frothy but quickly disappearing head. aroma of lemon and lime, rather strong and a bit artificial. flavour of lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit juice, sugar. altogther drinkable, but would have probably been nicer with less sugar added. as a matter of fact, it is only 40% beer and thus should probably be rated elsewhere, but whatever..

Bottle, thanks to Camons! Pours clear light amber/gold, large foamy white head with good lacing, doughy aroma, adequate carbonation, slightly sweet malt taste with medium hoppy bitterness, thin body, abrupt finish. Generic lager, good for a country tick though.

15.04.2018 -- a can from budapest, bb 13.05.2018. 40% beer, so probably should not be rated here. pours a clear reddish mahogany with a quickly receding pink head. aroma of cherries. flavour of cherries, almonds, citrus. slightly astringent finish. a bit artificial, but drinkable and refreshing. ok.

Bottle and can, at once, to taste: There’s really no difference. The aroma is fantastic with overflowing citrus hops. I don’t like beers that contain traces of hops (either). Industrial beer, but delicious, exciting. Who feels what kind of southern fruit is a matter of taste. One of the best crowds of beer in Hungary today. Tapped version is more exciting! ---- It's like they put the orange peel in the "cauldron" specifically ... :) If I make beer, I hope I'll somehow find this hop. For the time being, the quality has not changed in half a year, but a littlebit watery the beer :)

Csapolt verzója izgalmasabb! ---- Mintha kifejezetten tettek volna az "üstbe" narancshéjat... :) Ha sört főzök, remélem valahogy majd rátalálok erre a komlózásra. Egyenlőre fél év alatt a minőség változatlan :) - azóta picit vizesebb...

Dobozos verzió - hazai. Kitöltve a hab eltűnik. Illata elfogadható, komlós, gyógynövényes. Átlagos, elfogadható normális Lager, szerencsére még kukorica nélkül. Legalábbis a dobozon írtak alapján. Régen ez nálunk egy prémium sör volt, ma már a nagyüzemiek között átlagos. Annyit talán megér, amennyibe kerül.

At least based on what's written on the box. It used to be a premium beer with us, today it is average among big farmers. Maybe it's worth as much as it costs.

I only got less points than Bornem Triple because I didn’t feel like I was drinking wine (either). And that’s not an advantage, but the other one has already had the Tokaji-aszú feeling. We have been doing well in Hungary lately thanks to Lidl that we have been able to taste such great beers. Not a "brown beer," a dubbel - but not as strong and not as "winey." Not as honey-glazed as we would expect based on alcohol, but it's a pleasant disappointment for me because it brings a lot of flavors and experiences :) - many will like it better than triple, you have to be a wine expert :) ( I'm not that :))

Nem annyira mézes-mázos, mint amire számítanánk az alkohol alapján, de nekem pont azért kellemes csalódás, mert ehhez képest sok-sok ízt és élményt hoz :) - sokaknak jobban fog tetszeni a triple-nál, ahhoz borszakértőnek is kell lenni :) ( az nem vagyok :) )
