A decent IPA but a tad too hoppy for my taste.

golden color. light crispy hoppy with some some fruitiness and grassy character. Sharp aggressive bitterness, Minerally body that is a bit heavier than I would like but still fairly well balanced. Apricot, and minerally finish. Don’t 100% love it, but still good stuff. A touch of diacytle as it warms up. Actually pretty good take on the style.

Nice aroma, touches of hops, malt and grain. Slight haze, amber colour. Persistent white head which laces well. Many tiny bubbles dance away. Medium body with a slight zing on the tongue. Finish is grainy with dry fruit and rye. It’s OK but probably a bit too dry for the style.

Handle pint on tap at Harp & Fiddle, Katoomba. Golden bronze beer with solid white head. Laces well. Light carbonation. Aroma of summer fruits and pepper. Some malt too. Taste is more straight forward APA but light. Finish is dialled back bitterness. More of an English pale ale but nice enough.

Pint on tap at Harp & Fiddle, Katoomba. Hazy orange beer with thin white head. Laces well. Nose is fruity, spicy, umami. Dark fruit and tomato paste? Good body, more fruitiness. Short finish has touches of malt and fruit cordial. Pretty sweet but still a pleasant quaffer.
