22 oz. bottle, pours a lighter shade of black with a small tan head. Aroma has a nice mix of cocoa, vanilla, coconut and soft bourbon barrels. Flavour is mostly a function of the toasted coconut, with subtle cocoa and vanilla, and a nice rounded bourbon character. Silky, soft mouthfeel; the coconut really lingers. The mouthfeel is slightly thin, but there's enough complexity and depth to be pleasing. The sweetness is slightly high, but still works. Excellent.

Pale amber, some haze but no head. Sticky, light fruitiness, lots of alcohol, doesn’t click, but I’ve had a few wheat wines like this…it’s clean and decently executed but lacks dexterity. Finishes tasting like corn.

Black, with a dark brown head. Boozy, the bourbon is rough. Light, thin, and a bit headsy. There’s some good malt sugars here. Some figs, dates, toffee stuff. I think the treatment isn’t nearly doing this tasty base justice.

Dark brown, little reddish accent. No head. Deep fruit and sticky date-like malt. An English flavour profile but with American heft. Good barley wine.

Black. Thin head. A bit nutty, some malt sweetness. Bitterness but it’s not integrated. This one needs more…something. I think dark sugars.
